About Us

We had a fantastic experience working with Christian. We first met him at an open house about a year ago. At the time, we weren’t quite ready to buy, but Christian stayed in touch with us through email and text until we were ready to begin our search seriously. As first-time homebuyers, the process felt overwhelming at times, but Christian was incredibly helpful in guiding us through each step. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the Bay Area, the local real estate market, and the entire home-buying process. From start to finish, we felt like we were in great hands. Christian was always available to answer our questions and concerns, whether by text,...

Working with Neil and Haley from Canlas Brothers was honestly amazing. From the very beginning, they were on top of everything and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. They kept us updated, answered every question, and made sure we always knew what was going on. What really stood out was how hard they worked to get us the best deal possible. You could tell they truly cared about helping us make the right decisions. They weren’t just agents to us; they felt like real advisors who always had our best interests at heart. They’re super knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and just great people to have in your corner. We’re so grateful for ...

Allegra was a joy to work with. As a first-time home buyer, she walked me through the process step by step such that I had nothing to worry about. She worked with my budget, and not once did I feel pressured to buy something that wasn’t the right fit for me. I highly recommend working with her!

The Canlas Brothers team was an incredible group to work with. Their team supported us through our home-selling journey from start to finish, advising on pricing strategy, preparing our home to sell, and most importantly, closing our sale seamlessly and early. I highly recommend working with this team of seasoned professionals with amazing local knowledge and excellent communication.

Christian was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He’s highly knowledgeable about the process and market, but was also highly attentive to our needs in a home and neighborhood. Christian was highly responsive, even early on in the process, always available to answer questions and offer guidance. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house in the Bay Area.

Pleased to have worked with Neil on the other side of the transaction of my neighbor's home. He and his team worked closely together to provide an extra level of care, and they provided early showing access, timely feedback, and ultimately, facilitated a successful transaction between all parties. A win all around!

As a first-time homebuyer, it was great having Allegra as our agent! Her knowledge of the home-buying process and tricky San Francisco market helped us efficiently explore many units and make a competitive offer once we were ready to commit.

The Canlas Brothers were instrumental in helping us achieve our goal of selling our home. We are very appreciative of all their efforts and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell their home!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Christian on two property purchases—a duplex investment property and our dream family home—and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Christian’s deep knowledge of the local market, combined with his keen insight and negotiation skills, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was always one step ahead, ensuring we made informed decisions, and his guidance was invaluable in securing the best possible deals for both properties. Whether you're a first-time buyer or looking to invest, Christian is the realtor you want by your side!

Neil and the team did an outstanding job selling my condo. They have an efficient team and process in place, and I never had to follow up with them; rather, I had to keep up with them, which is refreshing. We decided to work with them because of their highly rated reviews. It was a very smooth process from start to finish: from helping me move out, to staging and then putting my condo on the market, we accepted an offer immediately, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you, Canlas Brothers!
